SHIPPING SPEED: First Class USPS Shipping is our default shipping method and does not include Insurance or a guaranteed Delivery Date. USPS often has delays and more missing packages during the Holidays. If you would like to ensure a prompt delivery speed or have your package insured against loss or damage, please select Priority Shipping at Checkout. Please note that Priority Shipping upgrades the shipping speed only once the package is in the hands of USPS, not the processing time. If you also need expedited handling, add the “Rush My Order” listing to your cart prior to checking out.
ABC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact USPS directly regarding lost or damaged packages.
Please note, we only ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package comes back to us as "Return to Sender" due to an incorrect address entered, you will be invoiced for the cost of shipping to re-ship the package to the correct address.
SHIPPING COST/POLICY: Free Shipping is awarded when you spend $25 or more (just two necklaces will almost always qualify!). If you purchase under the $25 threshold, a $3 shipping charge will apply. Please note that the Free Shipping is a Perk for placing an order of $25+ in a single order. If you place multiple orders (we then pay multiple transaction fees) each order placed falls under these shipping rates regardless if your order has shipped yet or not.
There was a very large shipping increase that went into effect on January 27th. So that we don't have to increase our base shipping rate OR increase the amount required to be spent to award free shipping, we reserve the right to combine shipping if there are multiple pending orders going to the same address. If we utlize office resources to combine orders, it is to help us keep these low (or free) shipping rates. Combining shipping is made possible with an external shipping platform that we pay a monthly subscription to and no shipping charges are reimbursed to the buyer.
International shipping is a Flat Rate of $10.95 regardless of the order subtotal. Standard Shipping is First Class. If you would like to have insurance on your package by having it shipped via Priority Mail, you have the option to upgrade at checkout.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final - cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges or price adjustments are not permitted. Sales are only valid during their advertised run time and any codes MUST be entered prior checking out. However, we stand by our product and will make any errors right. If you've received the wrong item or there is a problem with your order, please just let us know by e-mailing email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to help resolve any errors after 30 days.

ABOUT OUR CORD: All of our necklaces are made on adjustable genuine leather cord in a wide variety of colors. To ensure the best fit for everyone, you can choose between TWO lengths. 0-5 years or 6 years - adult! Each size will allow the specified age group to place the necklace over their head and then adjust it by a simple slide of the knots to the exact desired length. Not only does this allow for a perfect fit for all ages, it allows you to adjust depending on the neckline of the outfit and where it looks best hanging, too!
BUYER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY: These are not teething necklaces and should never be in a child's mouth due to the potential choking hazard. Be sure you're always supervising the small ones that wear necklaces. Buyer assumes all liability.
